What already exists for Salesforce

Salesforce Hosted MCP Servers became generally available in April 2026 for Enterprise Edition orgs and above. They expose data, flows, Apex actions, and queries to MCP clients such as Claude and ChatGPT, and existing permissions apply. Third-party reports say usage may be billed and counts against API limits.
- Covers: standard SObject servers for read and for create, update, and delete, plus admin-built custom servers.
- Requires: an admin to enable each server and register an External Client App.
- Does not cover: your sales methodology, forecast definitions, or answers that need systems outside Salesforce.
